Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Everything is chef kiss. The food and atmosphere Remind me about my opah."
"Just another Kampung style cafe or coffee outlet. Serve locals n a mixture of western dishes. Don't expect much. I do like their nan (not so much like normal naan). Dipped in mutton curry creating a multiverse experiences u cannot explain... Hahaha... Naaah... Don't believe me. U should go and try it out yourself. But again... Naan dipped in kari kambiang is simply delicious n they hav inny minny tiny roti keramat... Hahaha"
"This place was recommended to us by a friend, who is a local. Not really sure what to expect, so I just went along. I have to say, the journey to reach the place is somewhat adventurous due to lots of construction and rerouted pathways, but we reach it without much difficulty, thanks to google maps. Food, despite the menu being somewhat limited, is nice and enjoyable. I wish they stick to traditional menus rather than branching out to western dishes. Roti bakar (toasted bread) is as good as it gets, nothing special. Kayu keramat is better than expected, paired with whatever curry gravy they served it with. My friends seemed to enjoy the fish fried rice and the laksam, so I’m not commenting on that. The view was amazing, since we were there close to sunset time. The vibes were immaculate, as if we were transported to the olden days. They even have old pages of classical malay magazines framed as decoration. They need to have another spot for the toilet. It was somewhat embarrassing to go behind the kitchen to herd the nature’s call. Will I return? Probably"
"Nak smpai ke destinasi agak meragukan. But once you arrive, you can see nice view of paddy field around the restaurant because the eating area is upstairs. It has a touch of classic Terengganu interior design inside the cafe. Fried keropok was perfect. Mini kamat is also delicious. The kuih kamat's size makes it tastes crunchier than usual size. Mocha also tasted so good."
"second time visit and this cafe is a total hidden gem inside kampung! nasi goreng ikan kukus was delicious the ambiance is really peaceful and relaxing, recommended to visit!"
"We got to know the place from TikTok and decided to give it a try. No regrets. My wife and I loved the ambience, enjoying the good food in a calm and peaceful sunset atmosphere. The owners were very friendly. I love the vanilla latte."
"Such a beautiful and aesthetic place with authentic kampung vibes. I love how they preserved the original feel of the space. The owner was super friendly we even had a lovely chat about the history of the place. And the best part? Unlimited kopi refills! Definitely worth visiting."
"Tucked away from the main road, this café is a cozy spot for light dining or hi-tea. They serve a variety of food and drink options, though main meals are quite limited. Taste-wise, it’s just average — nothing bad, but nothing that really stands out either. Prices are mostly affordable, but some items feel a bit overpriced. For example, RM6 for a simple roti bakar telur goyang with just one slice of bread felt a little unreasonable. On the plus side, parking is spacious, and the atmosphere is great — really chill and relaxing, especially in the evening. Perfect spot if you’re looking to unwind or just enjoy a quiet moment. Food: 3/5 Atmosphere: 5/5"
